A revista Billboard divulgou a lista final de nomeados para a edição de 2016 dos Billboard Music Awards 2016. The Weeknd lidera com 19 nomeações em 16 das categorias.

Justin Bieber é o segundo artista com mais nomeações para os prémios da revista. No total, o jovem cantor está na corrida para 12 Billboard Music Awards.

Drake, Fetty Wap com 11 nomeações e Taylor Swift e Adele indicadas para oito prémios também estão na frente da corrida.

Os vencedores são conhecidos dia 22 de maio. A cerimónia de entrega de prémios será apresentada por Ludacris e Ciara.
